Return Policy

Most items may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt. Please email us to let us know you'd like to make a return. Highly customized items (for instance, an item bearing a name) cannot be returned. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 15 days about having it repaired or receiving a replacement.

If you purchased something from us that in time needs repair from normal wear, we may be able to repair it for you. Email us about the details of the item and the repair needed, so we can let you know whether we have the materials needed for the repair and whether there will be a repair fee.
